Description

Christ the Redeemer Catholic Separate School Division (CTR) is issuing this notice as an annual refresh and ongoing intake for its Pre-Qualified General Contractor list (APC Reference # AB-2024-02532). This notice is intended to provide new, interested suppliers with the opportunity to apply for inclusion on the division’s registry for future construction and renovation projects. The original Pre-Qualified Vendor List was established in April 2024 for a three-year term. To ensure a competitive environment and remain compliant with the NWPTA and CFTA, CTR maintains an open intake process for the remainder of this term ending April 30, 2027. Successful proponents will be eligible to participate in future procurement processes for projects with an estimated value below $2,500,000. Projects exceeding the NWPTA threshold for construction ($200,000) will be offered exclusively to contractors on this pre-qualified list.
