Description

The Town of Okotoks (“the Town”) is inviting proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide engineering development and subdivision support services to the Town on anticipated project(s). The scope of the Town’s requirements is being categorised in two schedules:

• Schedule A: Development Site Servicing Reviews
• Schedule B: Subdivision Design Reviews

The Town is looking to enter into contract with up to three (3) consultants for each type of schedule above, based on the proposals submitted in response to this RFSO. Proponents may submit a proposal for any one or both schedules. Each schedule will be evaluated and awarded separately. Complete a separate submission for each schedule and clearly mark the applicable schedule on the cover page of the submission.
