Description

Sturgeon County Invites Prequalification Submissions from interested contractors for the construction of a new 450 mm diameter water transmission pipeline. It is the intention of the County to prequalify General Contractors with regional waterline installation, open trench and trenchless pipe installation (horizontal directional drilling/auger boring), environmental experience, as well as experience with construction and commissioning of major regional water transmission pipelines. The Prequalification stage is the first of a two-stage procurement process. This stage involves selecting the Respondents that meet the requirements of the Prequalification, who will be invited to submit Tenders to be issued at a later date by the County.
