Notice is hereby given by the University of Victoria of its intent to direct award a contract to Aral Construction (2014) Ltd. to provide the required General Contractor Services for the continuation of renovations in the Human & Social Development Building.

In the event that no other potential suppliers come forward with a Statement of Capabilities meeting the requirements outlined in this NOI before the Closing Date/Time, the contract may be direct awarded to the pre-selected supplier.
