Description

This RFP seeks qualified consultant services to develop a comprehensive Core Facilities Master Plan that will serve as a strategic roadmap for the long-term stewardship of six core municipal facilities over the next 25 years. The primary objective is to assess the long-term viability of City-owned buildings, with a focus on major building systems.

The City has established an available project budget of up to $250,000, plus GST, for consulting services required to develop the Core Facilities Master Plan. This maximum available project budget is inclusive of all disbursements, fees, applicable taxes (not including GST), contingencies, potential change orders, etc. for consulting services required to develop the Core Facilities Master Plan.
