Description

This RFSOQ is issued by the City for identifying experienced non-profit service providers that are interested in providing a rent supplement program. The program is intended to run for up to one year or until funds are expended, and will provide rent supplements for individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness who do not have sufficient funds to either find or maintain appropriate housing. Funds provided by the City must only be used for rent supplement payments or damage deposits. Ineligible expenses include wages, administration, lease costs, or program materials. It is recommended that these rent supplement funds be integrated into the organization’s existing suite of services.
