Description

The City of Kelowna is seeking to establish a shortlist of up to three (3) qualified Constructability Advisors with the expertise, capacity, and resources to support complex infrastructure projects over a three-year term. Advisors will provide specialized input, including but not limited to design reviews, construction methodologies, site observations, procurement evaluations, and quality assurance to help mitigate risks, improve safety, and ensure compliance with City standards.
