The major items of work include the following approximate quantities:
1. General requirements including mobilization, de-mobilization and survey layout etc.
2. Remove and dispose of 718m of existing Sanitary Sewer (200mm - 250mm dia.).
3. Remove and dispose of 48 v.m of existing 8 Manholes including Frame and Covers.
4. Remove and dispose of 940m of existing Watermain (150mm-200mm dia.; Asbestos Cement pipe)
5. Engagement of a Qualified Environmental Specialist to supervise and certify safe handling and disposal of Asbestos Cement pipe and hazardous/toxic wastes).
6. Remove and dispose of / submit 4 existing Catch Basins and Leads.
7. Remove and dispose of / submit 4 existing Hydrants.
8. Removal and disposal of 10,938m2 existing Asphalt (100mm-120mm depth).
9. Removal and disposal of 588m3 existing Gravel (250mm-300mm depth).
10. Removal and disposal of 634m of existing Monolithic Walk, Curb & Gutters.
11. Remove and dispose off existing 6 culverts.
12. Un-install and re-install approximately 50m fence (subject to site condition and deletion).
13. Supply & install new 209m of PVC DR35 Sanitary Sewer 250mm dia. (3m-5m depth) – shored vertical trench.
14. Supply & install new 556m of PVC DR35 Sanitary Sewer 200mm dia. (3m-5m depth) – shored vertical trench.
15. Supply & install 10 new, 43 v.m of sulfate resistance 1,200mm diameter Sanitary Manholes.
16. Supply & install new 10 NF-80 (floating) Sanitary Manhole’s Frame & Cover c/w Final Grade Adjustment.
17. Supply and install 32 Sanitary Sewer Service Connections complete (subject to site condition and deletion).
18. Maintain (uninterrupted) sanitary services to all the residents throughout construction and bypass pumping of all sanitary flows including inflow and infiltration and back up pump from start till completion of project.
19. Supply & install 1,530m3 clay complete, including common excavation, cuts, fills, compaction, hauling and stockpiling (subject to site condition and deletion).
20. Over excavation and disposal of approximately 200m3 of unsuitable material (subject to site condition and deletion).
21. Over excavation and placement of 200m3 of Washed Rock (subject to site condition and deletion)
22. 100m of Special foundation - concrete (1m wide, 150mm depth; subject to site condition and deletion).
23. Supply & install new 514m of Ultra Rib PVC DR35 Storm Sewer 450mm dia. (2m-3m depth; shored vertical trench).
24. Supply and install 9 new, 28 v.m of sulfate resistance 1,200mm dia. Drainage Manholes
25. Supply & install 9 new, NF-80 (floating) Drainage Manhole’s Frame & Cover c/w Final Grade Adjustment.
26. Supply and install 14 new Catch Basins and Leads.
27. Supply & install 1,028m3 clay complete, including common excavation, cuts, fills, compaction, hauling and stockpiling (subject to site condition and deletion).
28. Maintain (uninterrupted) stormwater / drainage throughout construction and bypass pumping of all stormwater/drainage flows and back up pump from start till completion of project.
29. Supply & install new 914m of C-900, PVC DR18, 200mm dia. Watermain (3m -5m depth) – shored vertical trench.
30. Supply and install 8new, 200mm Gate Valve c/w Valve Box.
31. Supply and install 7 new Fire Hydrant, Valve and Lead.
32. Supply and install 32 Water Service Connections (subject to site condition deletion).
33. Supply & install 1,028m3 clay complete, including common excavation, cuts, fills, compaction, hauling and stockpiling (subject to site condition and deletion).
34. Maintain (uninterrupted) water supply to all the residents throughout construction from start till completion of project.
35. Over excavation and disposal of approximately 200m3 of unsuitable material (subject to site condition and deletion).
36. Over excavation and placement of 200m3 of Washed Rock (subject to site condition and deletion).
37. 100m of Special foundation - concrete (1m wide, 150mm depth; subject to site condition and deletion).
38. Supply and install 1,830m3 Sub-Grade Preparation (150mm depth; subject to site condition and deletion).
39. Supply and install 3,050m3 new Gravel Base Course (GBC; 250mm depth; subject to site condition and deletion).
40. Supply and install 11,120m2 of Hotmix Asphalt Concrete Paving (M1 PG 58-28; 120 mm depth; two lifts; 70mm and 50mm; subject to site condition and deletion).
41. Supply and install 6,100m2 of Cement Stabilization (25Kg/m2/300mm; subject to site condition and deletion).
42. Supply & install 3,050m3 clay complete, including common excavation, cuts, fills, compaction, hauling and stockpiling (subject to site condition and deletion).
43. Supply and install 9,150m2 of Geotextile (16oz/yd2; subject to site condition and deletion).
44. Supply and install 3,050m2 of Geogrid (16oz/yd2; subject to site condition and deletion).
45. Supply and install 5 Stop Signs, 1 Yield Sign and 2 No Parking signs (according to dwg. 1007).
46. Maintain (uninterrupted) access to all the residents throughout construction.
47. Supply and install 2,094m of new 1.5m Monolithic Walk with 150 Curb & Gutter (subject to site condition and deletion).
48. Supply and install 5,382m2 of new topsoil (100 mm depth; subject to site condition and deletion).
49. Supply and install 1,346m2 seeding (subject to site condition and deletion).
50. Supply and install new 4,036m2 sod (subject to site condition and deletion)
