GENERAL:
The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to invite submissions from qualified Proponents to complete a Pavement Condition Survey of 177 lane kilometers of public streets within the Town of Riverview boundaries by means of high-speed data collection.
Work consists of furnishing all materials, labour, supervision, equipment, and performing
all work necessary for the road condition assessment and reports and related services as required.

Specifications and quotation documents shall be acquired from contact person at the Town of Riverview Engineering department or from the tender notice under "Attachments" on the tender notice advertisement on the New Brunswick Opportunities Network website. It is the tenderer's responsibility to download, print the quotation document and supplier response sheets, including issued addendum(s) during tender period.
All REQUESTS FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION, clarifications, or instructions concerning this Quotation must be sent IN WRITING (via e-mail) and be received by the Engineering Department contact person NO LATER THAN Tuesday February 3, @ 2:00 P.M. - ATLANTIC TIME.

Completed tenders must be received via email to the contact person prior to the closing time for tenders on the date indicated in the RFP.
The Town will not accept bids and amendments submitted by facsimile transfer.
The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
