Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) has been issued by the AER to retain the services of a commercial real estate services firm to provide tenant representation, listing services and advisory services related to AER’s leasing, ownership and administration of real estate located throughout Alberta, as well as workspace planning advice and solutions. This engagement is intended to support AER’s strategic objectives, including cost efficiency, risk mitigation, operational excellence, and sustainability in the management of its real estate portfolio. There is no guarantee of work, as some initiatives may be managed internally within the AER.
