Description

The Town of Okotoks (the Town) will soon be accepting proposals from qualified contractors for multi-year construction of deep utilities, streetscaping, and landscaping upgrades in the downtown core (“River’s Edge”). This is not an invitation for quotes or proposals, but an advance notice for potential interested parties about an upcoming opportunity. Potential bidders may not contact any Town staff or administration about this project. The Town expects to post the Request for Proposals (RFP) document in February 2026, with a target construction timeline of approximately Spring 2026 to Fall 2027.
