Notice is hereby given that PROVINCIAL HEALTH SERVICES AUTHORITY (“PHSA”) on its own behalf and as agent for each of, FRASER HEALTH AUTHORITY, INTERIOR HEALTH AUTHORITY, NORTHERN HEALTH AUTHORITY, VANCOUVER COASTAL HEALTH AUTHORITY and VANCOUVER ISLAND HEALTH AUTHORITY (the “Health Authorities)”), intends to directly award a Contract to Trudell Healthcare Solutions to provide Broselow Pediatric Emergency System for a term of 5 years with 2 additional options years
