Description

This Request for Proposal identifies a business opportunity for the successful Proponent to undertake the replacement of three underground electrical feeds at the BC Ferries' Horseshoe Bay ferry terminal:

Terminal Maintenance Trades Building Electrical Feed;
Berth 2 Electrical Feed; and
Public Parkade Electrical Feed.

A MANDATORY site visit is scheduled for January 27, 2026 at 1:00 PM. Proponents are to meet at the front of the Administration Building at Horseshoe Bay Ferry Terminal. Please register at least 2 business days before the visit by emailing George Musselwhite stating the name of the company and the names of up to two attendees. Attendees must have steel toe work boots and high visibility work clothing.
Proponents that fail to attend the Mandatory Site Visit will no longer be eligible to submit a proposal or receive further correspondence.
