Description

Services Required ATB is seeking a strategic Design Partner to lead the creation of our new headquarters at the Suncor Energy Centre. The successful Proponent will serve as the Prime Consultant, providing comprehensive Architectural and Interior Design services.

Crucially, the Prime Consultant will be responsible for engaging, coordinating, and managing all sub-consultants required to deliver a fully integrated project. This includes, but is not limited to, Mechanical, Electrical, and Structural engineering services. The Proponent will act as the single point of contact for ATB, ensuring all disciplines are aligned with the project vision and delivered on an accelerated schedule.
