Sealed bids for Potable Water Treatment Equipment will be received by the Municipalit
r gionale de Tracadie, until 2:00 p.m. (local time), Thursday January 29, 2026, at the Town Hall located at 3267, rue Principale, Tracadie, NB.
Tenders will be opened immediately after the closure in the Council Chamber.
Vendor's tenders must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or a Certified Cheque established to
the order of the Municipalit r gionale de Tracadie, in the amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the tendered quotation.
The requirements of the Procurement Act - New Brunswick Regulation 2022-78 apply to the present tender procedures.
The Municipalit r gionale de Tracadie tendering and procurement policy applies to the
disclosure procedures for this tender.
Vendors can obtain at the office of MSC Multi-Service Consultants Inc. the

Only bids submitted by contractors registered as having received the tender documents
from MSC Multi-Service Consultants Inc. will be considered. It is the responsibility of
all bidders who obtain tender documents to ensure they are properly registered as having received the tender documents. When obtaining your tender documents from MSC Multi-Service Consultants Inc., please ensure your company name is correctly entered on the list of bidders, including your address, telephone number, fax number, and email address. Bidders responding to this public notice are advised that the official tender documents can only be obtained from MSC MultiService Consultants Inc. Only
bidders who have received the tender documents directly from MSC Multi-Service Consultants Inc. are eligible to submit a bid at this time.
The lowest/highest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Please note that
if the lowest bid exceeds the maximum amount allocated for this project, the Municipalit r gionale de Tracadie may cancel this call for tenders. The awarding of the contract is conditional upon securing funding for this project and approval from town counsel.
Bids must be submitted on the forms provided by the Consultant accompanied by all the
documents required in the tender specifications.
