The City of North Vancouver (“CNV”) invites submissions to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for interested firms that can provide construction site Asphalt Cutting and Coring Services on an “as and when needed and when requested” basis. Contractors should be able to demonstrate experience on successful past and current projects.
