Description

The City of Moose Jaw ("Moose Jaw") is inviting proposals from qualified contractors to provide the netting replacement at the Yara Centre. The purpose of this Request for Proposals ("RFP") process is to select a qualified contractor to enter into a Repair and Maintenance Work Agreement with Moose Jaw for the performance of the Work.

Moose Jaw will hold a non-mandatory site walkthrough on January 29, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. (Central Standard Time) at Yara Centre, 1220 High St W, Moose Jaw, SK S6H 4R3 10. In order to better understand the anticipated needs for the Work, proponents considering the submission of a proposal are encouraged to attend the proponent meeting.

If you are interested in attending the proponent meeting please advise Emily Mai, Procurement Specialist by e-mail by January 26, 2026, with the following information: a) name of representative(s) who will be attending; and b) questions the proponent would like addressed at the meeting.
