Description

Starland County has erected a pole shed in Rumsey and is seeking proposals from contractors to complete the building so it may be utilized to store equipment. Structure is 55’x 72’ with the layout consisting of three bays. Drawings of the building will be included on this APC post. Concrete floor (6” thick) will be completed by another contractor who was awarded the first phase of the build. Work that will need to be completed include insulating and interior finish of the structure. Utility servicing for power and gas, bringing the existing services to location and connecting the building. Both power and gas are located on the perimeter of the lot. Required interior and exterior fixtures are shown in accompanying drawings. The County has prepared sewer and water connections for future use. These connections will need to be routed further into the building.
