Description

The purpose of this request for proposal is to solicit interested parties to assume the role of Prime Contractor and provide all services necessary to perform the following:
• Two new concrete panel road/rail crossings
• Rail tie replacement
• Track surfacing and adjustment.
• Rail replacement (new hardware)
• Internal Rail testing (X-ray) for entire City of Lethbridge owned railway
• Miscellaneous work includes switch maintenance, ditch grading, bolt replacement, joint bar replacement and welding rail track.
