Description

The Owner, the City of Salmon Arm offers to receive Quotes for the project entitled “CITY OF SALMON ARM, PO BOX 40, 500 - 2 AVENUE NE, SALMON ARM BC, V1E 4N2 ENG-2026-03 – TRAFFIC LINE MARKING” in accordance with the following quote conditions:

Quotes must be submitted on the Supplementary Quote Forms provided.
SEALED Quotes, clearly marked, CITY OF SALMON ARM, PO BOX 40, SALMON ARM, BC V1E 4N2 “ENG-2026-03 – TRAFFIC LINE MARKING” will be received by the Chief Administrative Officer, City of Salmon Arm Municipal Office, 500 - 2 Avenue NE, Salmon Arm, BC, up to 2:00 PM Local Time, Thursday, February 19, 2026.
The combined major items of works are:

Single Solid Yellow87,000meters
Double Solid Yellow5,500meters
Single Solid with layout2,000meters
Intermittent Yellow5,000meters
Intermittent White1000meters
Solid White Lane Dividers & Road Shoulders80,000meters
Airport Line Markings in all three years

This is a three (3) year contract with an option to extend an additional two (2) years upon mutual agreement by both parties.

Line painting MUST be completed by May 31 of each year, and airport completed by June 15 of each year.
