Description

Notice is hereby given that, Fraser Health Authority, Interior Health Authority, Vancouver Coastal Health Authority and Vancouver Island Health Authority (the “Health Authority(s)”), through their collective agent Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”), intends to directly award a Contract to the following supplier to provide consumables for EVAR (Endovascular Aneurysm Repair) and TEVAR (Thoracic Endovascular Aortic Repair) for Fraser Health Authority, Interior Health Authority, Vancouver Coastal Health Authority and Vancouver Island Health Authority for a term of three (3) years and two (2) months at an estimated value of $4.65 Million.

In accordance with applicable trade agreements, PHSA, as agent for the Health Authority(s), has chosen not to proceed with a competitive process for the following reason:

the goods or services can be supplied only by the selected supplier and no alternative or substitute exists for the following reason;
Due to an absence of competition for technical reasons.

Vendors who wish to challenge this decision should submit a detailed written objection for the attention of Jasjit Gill, Buyer – Cardiac & Perioperative Interventions, by email to jasjit.gill@phsa.ca before 12:00 P.M Pacific Time, February 2, 2026. PHSA will review any and all issues received by this date and provide due consideration to each objection.
