This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Parkland County (the “County”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Consulting Services for 2026 ACP Road Rehabilitation

Parkland County is seeking proposals from professional engineering consulting firms to provide services for the 2026 ACP Road Rehabilitation program. Services shall include but are not limited to:

• Preliminary Engineering Design and Report
• Detailed Engineering Design, Report & Estimates
• Contractor Procurement and Procurement Support
• Construction Supervision, Inspection and Administration
• Post Construction Inspection and Administration
