Description

Westlock County is issuing this Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) to prospective, qualified proponents to submit proposals to provide professional services with respect to conducting a targeted, external Compensation and Benefits Market Validation and Update to support 2026 planning. The successful proponent will be expected to gather and analyze competitor market date regarding compensation and benefits to assess appropriateness of current total compensation, make recommendations where required, and present findings to senior leadership and Council.
