The City of Calgary requires financial and commercial consulting and advisory services for project and business strategy and transactions. Scope of work documents to be developed by Treasury. Work under this RFSO will be facilitated under the direction of the Treasury team. The requisite services will range from ad hoc strategic advice to support throughout the lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling and closing) of a program, project, transaction or initiative, and including but not limited to feasibility studies, valuations, financial and commercial structuring, strategy and planning, procurement support, risk management, change management and the development or configuration of related policies and procedures within current and future process and technology platforms.
