The Town of Crossfield (the “Town”) invites qualified and accredited assessors (the “Proponent”) to submit proposals for the provision of professional Property Assessment Services under an initial three-year contract, commencing April 1, 2026, with the option to extend up to two additional one-year terms at the sole discretion of the Town. These services will support the Town’s property taxation and valuation processes.
