The purpose of this ITQ is to seek pricing from qualified consultants for the design, coordination, and implementation of an additional 30-ton chiller module at its Trail, BC campus

A site visit is strongly recommended. Contractors, and their subcontractors (as required), are recommended to become familiar with the sites and existing conditions prior to submitting a bid and to make sufficient allowances for conditions related to the work. Claims for an increase in Contract Price or Contract Time arising from observable conditions will be rejected by the Owner. In the case of a mandatory site visit, those not attending and those who arrive later than the published meeting time will be ineligible to bid. Site visit contact: Eric Ehman
