Description

The Business Practices and Consumer Protection Authority, dba Consumer Protection BC (“the Authority”) is seeking proposals from qualified web design and development firms to lead a comprehensive redesign of our existing website, www.consumerprotectionbc.ca. The objective of this project is to modernize the site’s design, improve functionality, interactivity and accessibility, enhance user experienced for all audiences, and ensure the platform is optimized for accessibility, mobile devices and emerging search and AI optimizations.
