The City of Calgary (“The City”) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to gather insights from the market regarding modern, comprehensive Election Management Systems (EMS) that support planning, administration, delivery, and reporting for municipal elections. This RFI is exploratory and not a competitive solicitation. Its purpose is to understand available systems, market capabilities, implementation considerations, data security models, and cost structures.
