Sealed tenders, clearly marked as to contents, which consist of the supplying of all materials, labor, supervision, construction plant, equipment, etc., to:
- Work to be completed will be the installation of approximately 5km of the new 750-1200mm dia. trunk sewer from Highway 15 to the GSSC WWTP.
- Install approximately 800m of the 300mm dia. watermain on Main Street.
- Work is to be completed in a phased approach and within designated limits of work.
- Repair and/or replace existing culverts and infrastructure as indicated on drawings within the alignment of
the trunk sewer.
- Environmental control, and WAWA requirements.
- Deep excavation and shoring near WWTP, including Rock excavation.
- Traffic Control,
- Trench restoration, including new granular road structure, asphalt, trails, trees, curb, concrete sidewalk, ditching, conduits, line painting and property restoration,
and all related work, will be received until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, February 5th, 2026, by:

Interested bidders shall contact Ms. Jinette McCormack at Jinette.McCormack@englobecorp.com or at 506.857.2777 ext. 178042 to obtain a digital copy (PDF format) of the Tender Documents and to be added to the official bidders list.
Tender opening method:
The opening of tenders will take place at the office of the Town of Shediac (at the address above) immediately following the close of the tendering period.
A bid bond or certified cheque, in the amount of 10% of the total bid (including HST) minimum, made payable to the Town of Shediac must accompany each tender.
No award will be made at the tender opening. Tender procedures will be in accordance with the New Brunswick Procurement Act and Construction Services Regulation (No. 2022-78).
The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
