OTHER CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

Sealed Tenders properly marked as to contents addressed to the undersigned will be
received until 2:00:00 PM, local time, Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at Sussex NB, E4E 3E4.

The public tender opening will be held immediately after the 2:00:00 PM closing.

The project is located in Sussex, New Brunswick. The Work includes, but is not necessarily
limited to, storm sewer, concrete curb and sidewalk, asphalt milling and paving, concrete
sidewalk, electrical conduit, and traffic signal system installation and commissioning.

A Bid Bond OR Certified Cheque, payable to Sussex, in the amount of 10% of the Total
Amount Payable, must also accompany each Tender.

Sussex reserves the right to reject any and all tenders and also reserves the right to not necessarily accept the lowest Tender.
