This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Strathcona County (the “County”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Daily Route Courier Services. The County is seeking quotations from qualified firms to provide confidential and secured courier services for the daily delivery of inter-office mail, envelopes, cartons of paper, small packages and non-hazardous materials to and from various facilities and locations.
