Description

The City of Parksville invites proposals from qualified contractors to upgrade six existing tennis courts located in the Springwood Athletic Park (the “Park”) located at 500 Despard Avenue West.

The project must be completed as soon as possible in 2026 to support tennis play during the summer months.
The estimated budget to complete all the Services is $95,000.00 plus GST.
