The City would like to develop a first-generation Asset Management Plan (AMP) specific for its Plus 15 Network. The Plus 15 Network would include features such as Plus 15 Bridges, easement areas and associated features. The Plus 15 network has a complex ownership/maintenance structure as the bridges are owned by the City of Calgary, but are typically maintained by 3rd parties in property managers.
