RFB 25-14 Carpentry Services
Scope of Work
The St. Lawrence Parks Commission is seeking qualified General Construction firms to provide Carpentry and general construction service work and minor repairs for the operation and maintenance of SLPC’s assets. There is no guarantee of work under this agreement, this agreement is on an as required basis. The SLPC employs its own maintenance staff which are the primary source for maintenance and repairs of SLPC assets. The Contractors will work in conjunction with SLPC maintenance staff for service work and repairs. The Contractors may be required to act as a point of contact for SLPC management staff regarding breakdowns and emergency repairs.

The Contractors should have two (2) licensed carpenters and four (4) labourers available to work within the specified notification time if required by the SLPC, on an “as required” basis during the period April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2028.
