The First Nations Health Authority (FNHA) hereby gives notice of its intent to directly award an agreement to the following supplier for the renewal of the OnePlan licenses, including Basic, Enterprise, and OnePlan Advantage, as well as Product Success services. OnePlan Solutions for a term of one (1) year with the possibility of two (2) – one (1) year extensions starting April 01, 2026.

The Contractor shall provide the following services:
1. OnePlan Basic: Foundational access to OnePlan’s portfolio and work-management capabilities, supporting essential project planning, team coordination, and visibility across initiatives.
2. OnePlan Enterprise: Advanced enterprise-grade functionality, including enhanced resource management, portfolio analytics, strategic alignment tools, and integrations to support complex organizational workflows.
3. OnePlan Advantage – Premium Support: Comprehensive advisory and technical support services that include expert guidance, training, adoption support, and proactive assistance to optimize OnePlan usage and ensure sustained performance.
4. Product Success – Premium Support: Ongoing customer success services offering dedicated support resources, improved response times, structured lifecycle engagement, and access to training content to ensure effective system utilization and continued value realization.
The OnePlan platform is a critical component of FNHA’s project and portfolio management ecosystem, enabling effective planning, resource coordination, and real-time visibility across multiple operational programs. This renewal ensures continuity of service, supports FNHA’s ongoing modernization and digital-transformation initiatives, and aligns with strategic goals for governance, efficiency, and improved organizational performance.
Vendors who wish to formally challenge this decision must submit a detailed written objection addressed to Stephen Chan by email to FNHA.contracts@fnha.ca before Friday, February 12th, 2026 at 14:00 PST. The First Nations Health Authority (FNHA) will review any objections received and provide them with due consideration. Upon completion of this review, FNHA reserves the right to proceed with either a formal competitive tendering process or to finalize a direct award to a vendor selected at FNHA's discretion, based on the review's outcome and what is determined to be in the best interest of the organization.
