Description

The Capital Regional District (CRD), hereinafter referred to as the "CRD”, or “District ” invites Proposals for the on-site operation of the Material Diversion Transfer Station (MDTS) including the sorting , processing, and transportation of diverted materials originating from within the District for use within, and external to the Hartland Landfill.

The District reserves the right to award in whole or in part. Proponents may be awarded additional follow-on work without a further competition.

A Contract will not necessarily result from this Request for Proposal (“RFP”).

The quantities are estimated annual amounts, with an initial term of four (4) years and four months and options to extend for three (3) additional one (1) year periods at the discretion of the CRD.
