The project involves creating clinical, support, and workstation space within new IH lease premises located at Suites 607–611, 5000 Silver Star Road, Vernon. IH is leasing roughly half of this new one-storey building situated at the west end of the property. The Combined Hub will provide urgent and episodic primary care for injuries and illnesses requiring attention within 24-hours but not at the level of service provided in an emergency department.
The scope includes the completion and fit-out of the newly constructed lease space of approximately 10,193 sq.ft. (947 sq.m.) in Vernon, B.C. The base building has been designed and constructed with this project’s requirements in mind and is anticipated to be completed by mid-February 2026. Sub-slab and select roof mechanical work have already been completed. The project work will include interior fit-out of partitions, doors, flooring, ceilings, wall finishes, millwork, fixtures, signage, and equipment.
