Description

City of Kelowna is seeking a qualified contractor to complete road and streetscape improvements along Lakeshore Road between Lanfranco Road and Richter Street, with additional pavement marking upgrades along Lanfranco Road.

The scope of work includes installation of curbs, sidewalks, medians and islands, transit stop improvements including a rapid flashing beacon crosswalk, realignment of approximately 55 m of watermain, drainage upgrades, street lighting, and landscaping and irrigation works, all delivered under an MMCD 2019 unit price contract.
