The Owner invites tenders for: Roadway rehabilitation program consisting of asphalt milling and placement of new pavement across selected corridors. The work also includes sidewalk upgrades and replacements to address surface deterioration, accessibility needs, and localized grading improvements. In addition, the project incorporates select piped storm drainage upgrades.
