2.0 TENDER SUBMISSIONS:

2.1 Tenders SHALL be submitted by electronic tenders in PDF format, or Sealed tenders, clearly marked showing the tender name and company's name.

2.2 Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their bids in the manner and time prescribed.

2.3 Bidders are required to submit their Tender Submission (complete bid) electronically in PDF format via email at andre@vdrnb.com prior to the Tender closing date and time. The original signed and sealed paper copy of the Tender Submission shall be mailed or delivered in person to the following address:
