Description

The scope of the project is to provide detailed design, procurement, contract administration, construction supervision and post construction services for: • new water supply main primarily along Twp Rd 540 (Baseline Road) from Hwy 21 to the existing Ardrossan (Four Ridges) reservoir, pumphouse and truck fill; and • upgrades to the existing Ardrossan (Four Ridges) truck fill to expand the site for increased usage. This RFPQ will be used for the purpose of pre-qualifying and short-listing appropriate respondents, to respond to an anticipated Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide the Deliverables. The County anticipates issuing the RFP in May 2026; this date is tentative only and may be changed at any time by the County in its sole and unfettered discretion.
