Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Strathcona County (the “County”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for In-Ground Lift Replacements,

The County is seeking proposals for the construction of in-ground lift replacements. The Deliverables include, but are not limited to, removing existing in-ground vehicle lifts and replacing them with a new ECO 90-13-3.25 Stertil-Koni scissor style vehicle lift. There are two phases outlined in the Deliverables:
• Phase 1 (2026): Bay 1 and 2 at Transit Operations Building, located at 200 Streambank Ave, Sherwood Park, AB.
• Optional Phase 2 (2027): Bay 3 at Transit Operations Building, located at 200 Streambank Ave, Sherwood Park, AB.

The Deliverables do not include the supply, delivery, and installation of the new ECO 90-13-3.25 Stertil-Koni scissor style vehicle lift, which will be provided by Westvac Industrial Ltd. (Westvac). The Deliverables will require the selected proponent, as the Prime Contractor, to coordinate and work with Westvac to install the new lift.
