AB-2026-00973 - Engineering and Consultant Services - Infrastructure Assessment for Moose Lake Provincial Park and Franchere Bay Provincial Recreation Area

Alberta Forestry and Parks (AFP) is seeking a qualified consultant to undertake a comprehensive evaluation of the condition and integrity of key infrastructure and amenities at MLPP and FBPRA. This assessment will include select utility infrastructure and focus on identifying components that are failing or approaching end-of-life. The consultant will be responsible for completing a detailed inventory of existing site amenities and infrastructure, evaluating their current condition, and developing a prioritization plan for repairs. Based on this assessment, the consultant will provide recommendations for refurbishment, replacement, or decommissioning, with consideration for operational functionality, visitor experience, and long-term sustainability. The project will be delivered in three phases, each with distinct objectives and deliverables.
