Delivery date - The Ministry has a Desired Delivery Date of March 15, 2026. The Ministry reserves the right to cancel the Purchase Order if the product has not been received by that Desired Delivery Date.

The Ministry has a budget of up to $240,000.00 for the Goods. The price bid in the Quotation should not exceed this amount. Submissions received exceeding that budget amount may not be considered at the discretion of the Ministry.
