The main objective of the Project is to improve service delivery internally at the Provincial Hearing Office. Expected outcomes include streamlined case processing and reduced duplication of effort, greater predictability and accessibility for clients and stakeholders and enhanced efficiency and consistency in service delivery across the offices.
