The City desires to outsource the provision of the Load Settlement and Wholesale Billing services that are required under the Alberta Electric Utilities Act.

The objectives are to provide load settlement and wholesale billing services:
• In accordance with all regulations in effect in Alberta
• Provide the data in a timely and accurate manner to all stakeholders including the City, AESO and retailers.
• Provide the best value and least risk to the City and ratepayers.
