AB-2026-01040 - RFI #26.0007 Census Modernization

This Request for Information (“RFI”) is issued by Strathcona County (the “County”) for the purposes of gathering information about the marketplace in order to assist in the determination of future purchasing options or requirements. Respondents are asked to respond to the County and provide the information requested below. The County is seeking information on census technology solutions, including but not limited to digital census platforms, data-collection tools, analytics capabilities, and associated service modules for worker management. The County is requesting details on existing off-the-shelf (OTS) solutions, and to validate our budget for implementation, ongoing license, support and maintenance of such solutions. If an existing off-the-shelf solution is not available, respondents are asked to outline considerations for developing a custom census solution, including timelines, resource requirements, potential delivery models, and budget considerations. The information gathered through this RFI will assist the County in evaluating the range of options within the marketplace and determining the most effective approach for a future census-related procurement opportunity.
