Notice is hereby given that the Corporation of the District of North Vancouver (the "District") on behalf of the North Vancouver District Public Library (the “NVDPL”), intends to directly award a contract for 2026 which, at its sole discretion, may be extended for additional years, to the following vendor to provide digital content including eBooks and eAudiobooks for Libraries through the OverDrive Advantage program for consortium members .
