The Work generally comprises of:
Two (2) Scopes of Work including underground improvements and surface improvements.
The underground servicing improvements and subsequent asphalt paving will be along the following segments:

▪ 41 Street between 37 Avenue and east of 39 Avenue

Additional asphalt paving will be along the following segments:
▪ 41 Street between 39 Avenue and east of 39 Avenue – Urban Cross Section
▪ 41 Street between east of 39 Avenue and 37 Avenue – Rural Cross Section
▪ 37 Avenue between 41 Street and 44 Street – Rural Cross Section
