Description

The County requires the services of a licensed Alberta Land Surveyor (A.L.S.) to prepare and register any survey plans necessary to ensure that municipal roads are fully within a registered road right of way and do not encroach into privately owned property. The County requires the consultant to provide assistance with legal surveys of the road boundaries to proceed with correcting these alignment issues to address the boundary adjustments required.
